TIGI SOLAR collectors
TIGI SOLAR has developed thermo-solar collectors capable of delivering water at temperatures up to 100°C. A transparent insulation layer on the sun-facing side maximises radiation absorption while virtually eliminating back-radiation losses.
The collectors are hermetically sealed against dust, moisture and salt. An individual overheat-protection mechanism operates per collector, not per array, increasing reliability and longevity. They produce heat in winter and overcast conditions as well as in full sun.
